Lot ID, serial, exact model, configuration and custody transfer. Exceptions remain attached to the device record.

Document the agreed data sanitization outcome. Check previous-tenant management, firmware locks and activation separately.

Test & grade

Screen, touch, keyboard, ports, cameras, wireless, charging and battery condition. Cosmetic grading has its own defect criteria.

Reconfigure & dispatch

Finalize the operating-system entitlement, accessories, serialized packing list, accepted exceptions and warranty route.
