Who handles your inquiry
ILION TECHNOLOGIES INC. uses the information you submit to evaluate your requirements, prepare a proposal and follow up on your project. To request access, correction or deletion, call +1 825-883-0123 and ask for the privacy contact. Provide your inquiry reference; do not send identity documents through this form.
What is collected
When you press Send inquiry, the website transmits your name, organization, email, project description, selected products, region, facility, timing and language over HTTPS. The database records receipt time, reference, status and the privacy-notice version accepted. Authorized staff can add follow-up notes and update the status. Your unfinished draft stays in page memory and is not saved in browser storage.
Hosting and access
Cloudflare Workers and D1 provide the website runtime and inquiry database. ILION operates this website in its Cloudflare account. Cloudflare Access protects administrator sign-in; public visitors do not need an account. Hosting and authentication providers process network and account information needed to deliver and protect the service. Authorized ILION administrators can view and export inquiry records. This website does not promise that inquiry data stays within Canada. A customer’s hosted workload is governed by its separate service agreement.
Retention and deletion
Active inquiry records remain available for follow-up. Records with no activity for 365 days are eligible for automated deletion, including their follow-up notes; cleanup runs when new inquiries are processed. You can request earlier deletion. Authorized staff can delete a record and its notes from the active database. Exported copies, provider backups and records required for an actual commercial engagement have separate retention arrangements.
Security and preferences
The form validates submitted fields, limits repeated requests and verifies same-origin submissions. Anti-abuse counters use a keyed hash of the network address and expire after ten minutes; expired counters are removed when inquiries are processed. The application does not write inquiry content to its error logs. Language and motion preferences are saved locally in your browser. The site includes no advertising or analytics scripts.
