From facility design to daily operation, we connect the physical system to the work it needs to do. Each engagement has a defined scope, an acceptance plan and a documented handover.
Colocation & infrastructure
We provide colocation for customer-owned IT equipment through partner data centers. ILION coordinates equipment intake, installation and the operating handover with the customer and facility team.
The deployment schedule records equipment dimensions and weight, rack units, power circuits, cooling requirements, uplinks, access permissions and the remote-hands scope. The service agreement assigns facility operations, hardware support, network management and customer workload responsibilities.
