ILION is a Canadian IT asset company serving North America, Europe and Asia. We source and refurbish enterprise hardware, integrate servers and deliver colocation through partner data-center operations. Customers retain ownership of the equipment they place in our colocation service.

Ilion. An idea of ingenuity.
Ilion is the name of Troy in the Homeric tradition. We take from that history an appreciation for ingenuity: finding a workable route through a difficult problem. It is the thinking we bring to infrastructure, integration and the useful life of technology.
The database is where it started.
Our founder’s two decades in technology began with database systems: organizing information, maintaining access and recovering from failure. Those disciplines still shape our work.
In AI infrastructure, they become dataset staging, checkpoint design and reproducible deployment. In hardware, they become accurate inventories, traceable configurations and documented handover. The scale has changed; the need to understand the whole system has not.

A second life. A complete record.
Refurbishment is a sequence of decisions about identity, data, function and condition. Our group’s ITAD operations and R2-certified facilities support that lifecycle, from recovery to reuse.
Sanitize & release
Document the agreed data sanitization outcome. Check previous-tenant management, firmware locks and activation separately.
Test & grade
Screen, touch, keyboard, ports, cameras, wireless, charging and battery condition. Cosmetic grading has its own defect criteria.
Reconfigure & dispatch
Finalize the operating-system entitlement, accessories, serialized packing list, accepted exceptions and warranty route.
