Trade & export notice

End use, destination and approvals are part of the scope.

Updated 6 September 2026. These website notices describe the current service and inquiry workflow. Project pricing, service levels and equipment warranties are specified in the signed commercial agreement.

Availability is not authorization

Hardware, software, technology and related services may be subject to export controls, sanctions, import requirements or manufacturer restrictions. A product description, quotation request or proposed route does not establish that a sale, transfer or re-export is permitted.

Transaction-specific review

Before a commitment, the parties must determine relevant classifications, destinations, end users, end uses, origin rules and required licenses or approvals. Customers must provide accurate information and disclose onward-transfer intentions. No routing arrangement should be used to evade an applicable restriction.

Conditional engagement

Supply and access must remain subject to required approvals, accurate due-diligence information and applicable law. Screening, documentation, suspension and cancellation provisions should be included in the executed contract. This notice is not a legal classification of any specific NVIDIA product or destination.
