Website terms

Use of this site, references and commercial boundaries.

Updated 6 September 2026. These website notices describe the current service and inquiry workflow. Project pricing, service levels and equipment warranties are specified in the signed commercial agreement.

Informational purpose

This website introduces ILION’s business and provides planning material. It is not an offer to supply a specific system, a capacity reservation or a statement that a listed platform is in stock. A project brief does not create an order, payment obligation or service agreement.

Separate commercial agreements

Configurations, quantities, availability, delivery, pricing, currency, taxes, support and warranties must be agreed in writing by authorized parties. A signed order or service agreement governs that transaction. Website language does not replace negotiated contractual terms or mandatory legal rights.

Intellectual property and references

ILION branding identifies the company and its services. Product names, trademarks and manufacturer photographs remain the property of their owners. Product references do not establish a manufacturer partnership. ILION’s group refurbishment and ITAD services identify the responsible operating entity and the applicable R2-certified facility in the project documentation.

Reasonable use and external links

Do not misuse this site to attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, impersonate others or infringe rights. External links are provided as references, not endorsements of every statement on those sites. Review the relevant provider’s terms and privacy notice when leaving this site.

Accuracy, limitations and applicable law

Planning materials can change and do not guarantee fitness for a particular workload or a business outcome. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Governing law, venue, liability allocation and dispute procedures for a transaction must be settled in the applicable contract after legal review.
