Acceptable use framework

Boundaries for responsible use of hosted infrastructure.

Updated 6 September 2026. These website notices describe the current service and inquiry workflow. Project pricing, service levels and equipment warranties are specified in the signed commercial agreement.

Status and incorporation

These principles apply to the planning and use of ILION services. The signed agreement defines permitted workloads, operating boundaries and the incident process for the actual deployment. Access is provisioned after the commercial and technical onboarding steps are complete.

Lawful and authorized activity

Customers should have authority to use their data, models, software and workloads. Prohibited conduct should include unlawful content, unauthorized intrusion, malware distribution, credential theft, abusive scanning, unlawful surveillance and activities that infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Resource and security boundaries

An agreement should define permitted workloads, allocation limits, credential handling, isolation responsibilities and change control. Customers should not interfere with other tenants or bypass network, access, metering or trade-compliance controls. Penetration testing requires separate written authorization.

Incident handling and remedies

Notification, investigation, proportionate suspension, cure periods and termination rights should be specified in the signed agreement, subject to applicable law. The contract should also address data access and return during a suspension. Do not infer a blanket monitoring or suspension power from this draft.
